Persistence, dedication and determination are the most important tools to success. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Barry, the Maestro, Mason like his parents, always had an interest in music. His father, a gospel musician, gave Barry a bass guitar and he created a singing group at the age of fourteen. His passion for music and entertainment lead him to Brooklyn College, where he majored in Television and Radio Broadcasting.

After college Barry perfected his skills in broadcasting and engineering while working at WNYE, WNWK, WHBI and WWRL in New York. His determinations lead him to Connecticut where he was an air personality on the 7pm to midnight shift at WNHC.

Throughout his career Barry has displayed his versatility, which includes mix DJ, engineer, producer and air personality. He also host his own weekly television show. A hard worker at his craft, he strives for perfection in all he does.
