Wildflower's Happy Halloween Tips--Day & Night

Hey Ya'll,

One of my personal favorite holidays is coming up--Halloween!  Now I know some of you guys don't believe in celebrating Halloween--I understand and that's all good.  But for those of you that do...I have some tips to make it more fun.

1.  For a day at the job (first make sure your boss is cool) try walking in with something very simple to celebrate the day and greet your customers or clients.  Put a weird colored streak your hair, get some cat ears and a tail, or a witch hat or even get some fangs and paint a little drop of blood by your mouth in "True Blood" fashion.  Simple--but festive.

2. For a day with the kids..after trick or treating, bake some goodies together and rent or download some movies that the kids AND the adults in the house can enjoy---like my personal favorites "Monster House"; "Beetlejuice"; "Hocus Pocus"; "Ghostbusters" and of course--"The Great Pumpkin" featuring Snoopy, Charlie Brown and the Peanuts crew.

3. For a night with the girls...get some wine coolers, different colored wigs, and dress in your old clothing from the 70's , 80's or 90's for a memorable "fashion horror" night.  Remember that polka dot shirt and how in love you were with Kwame?  What about those bell bottoms from your older sister--yeah you swore you were on Soul Train!  Make sure to take pictures!

4.  For a night with the man--well---mmm...this is where you can get real creative.  First get a cute, sexy costume from  Fredricks of Hollywood, Victoria's Secret or your local costume shop (full figured ladies--I got you too--try www.torrid.com for some good ideas).  Then practice your best exotic accent, greet your man at the door like it's the first time you are meeting him...and let the night take you where it may!  Seems like the tried and true favorites (nurse, flight attendant, cop, etc) always get the "party" started.  But let your imagination fly!

Well I have so much more for you--but it's time for me to get out of here and go costume shopping myself!  Have a fun, sexy, safe Halloween family.  And for those who don't celebrate--you enjoy your weekend too!

Smooches!
