Please include the following below under "Your Message"

The TITLE of your event
WHO is hosting it
The ADDRESS of the event (with cross streets)
The DATE and TIME of the event (start and end times)
The REASON for the event (if it's a fund raiser, a community builder or just to have some fun!)

All information must be received at least three (3) weeks in advance of the date of the event!!
