As we begin a New year and a New You , Let go of all that has happened and hurt you in 2011. Its time to move on. You spend more energy holding a grudge than you do letting one go. Decide to clear up the mental space occupied by this resentment. Once you choose to move on, the grudge will gradually “poof” be gone

Express yourself to yourself . Resentment builds when emotions go unacknowledged. Take the time to get clear about what you're feeling and why. Take action accordingly. If you have something that needs to be said to the other person, say it.(if they will listen) If you have already voiced your grievance, then resolve any other feelings yourself, by yourself or a counselor.

Finally ,Don't feed the monster.  Once you've voiced your resentment and made a commitment to moving on, don't continually talk about the incident. Shift ...

1. If you are not part of the immediate family, you don’t get to choose which part of turkey you want.

2. If people don’t ask for more of what you made, STOP MAKING it !

3. Don’t call and ask for a ride the day of!

4.  Do not fall asleep on my couch, if you tired go home!

5. Don't bring any pets if they can't be eaten.

Thanksgiving Rules

 1. If you are texting at my Thanksgiving table you will feel something hard come across your lips and fingers they will be swollen for approximately 20 minutes.

2.  BRING YOUR OWN TUPPERWARE!! Don't let me catch you fixing yourself a plate in my good Tupperware knowing good and w\ well that I will never see it again! Furthermore, if you didn't bring anything over, don't let me catch you making a plate period or it will be a misunderstanding.  And don’t be stuffing the Tupperware this aint no soup kitchen.

3.  What you came with is what you should leave with!! Do not leave my house with anything that doesn't belong to you. EVERYBODY WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A BODY SEARCH COMING AND GOING OUT OF  this house

4.  Do not leave your kids so you can go hopping from house to house.This is not a DAYCARE ...

My goal is to work with organizations that promote healthier lifestyles
