TIBCO To Acquire Spotfire
On May 1, 2007, Spotfire announced that it has agreed to be acquired by TIBCO Software Inc., a provider of enterprise software that helps companies achieve service-oriented architecture (SOA) and business process management (BPM) success. The offer is subject to regulatory and TIBCO shareholder approval.
